Follow these simple steps to start the return process:
Reach out to us via email at info@carelies.com or call +91-9449786855 within 10 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Carefully repack the product in its original packaging. Include the RAN inside the package. Ship it to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your replacement or refund within 5-7 business days.
Once your return is approved after inspection:
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost. The replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a pickup and replacement or refund at no cost to you. Return shipping costs for defective or damaged products are borne by PTC.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned under this policy after delivery. Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our support team.
